The partnership comes at a critical time for Campos as she enters a packed competition schedule, headlined by the World Indoor Championships in March and the Ultimate Championship at the end of this year. Currently based in Padova, Italy, she is training with a specialist coaching team with her sights firmly set on success at the LA 2028 Olympics.
EMW Global will be responsible for Campos’ strategic and commercial management, operating across areas such as brand strategy and partnerships, activation, market positioning, and the development of projects with brands aligned with her values.
“It’s an honour to welcome Juliana to the team. She has been incredibly consistent throughout her career and is one of Brazil’s most iconic and successful sportswomen,” Michael Rocha-Keys, EMW Global CEO said. “With our reach spanning from the US to Europe, LATAM and Asia, we’re in a perfect position to help her grow her brand across continents as she focuses on her ambitions on the track.”
The collaboration strengthens EMW Global’s talent footprint, which covers continents and some of the top sporting names in the world. Campos is the first Olympian to sign with the agency, and joins a list including football icons Petr Cech, Olivier Giroud, Michael Owen, Javier Zanetti and Springbok rugby sensation Sacha-Feinberg Mngomezulu.
Campos, who finished in the top of 10 of performances in 2025 said: “I am very happy to begin this partnership with EMW Global. It is an agency with extensive experience in the sports marketing industry and a strategic vision that goes far beyond competition. I believe this is an important step in structuring my career off the track and building solid projects with brands that truly align with my values.”
Apart from Campos’ heroics on the track which includes a personal best jump of 4.76m, she brings a sharp professional acumen supported by a Business Administration degree.
EMW Global GM for Latin America, Eduardo Corch, says the partnership is the perfect fit. “With EMW Global expanding its international presence, Brazil has become a key platform for developing and exporting elite sports talent. The partnership with Juliana Campos reflects EMW’s commitment to athletes who share values that are essential to us, such as ethics, integrity and professionalism, both on and off the track.”
This announcement marks a new chapter for EMW Global as the agency grows its presence in elite individual sports.
